Omg the freshest
pasta I have ever tasted. It literally tasted like some italian grandmother was making fresh pasta and sauces. We went to drago by default we were heading to botega louie for my friends 30th birthday. The wait was too long so headed to drago cause the birthday girl still wanted italian. I had seafood pasta there was crab and what looked like linguini topped with a
cream sauce. Others had
butternut squash ravioli and a thick flat noodle rolled with pork suasage grounded over with a savory flavored sauce. Drago was def. a more upscale restaurant so be prepared to dish out some money. I give drago centro 10 delish stars.
