So I made a wonderful dish of homemade mac and cheese, which happens to be my favorite food of all times. Thought I would share my recipe see how It goes for you my readers.  Tell me if you tryws it at home for yourself or if you have an even better recipe. I used the smaller macaroni noodles boiled water then threw them in for a couple of minutes until they were tender. Graded a whole block of sharp chedder cheese. In a mixing bowl I put cooked noodles half of the cheese a bit of milk (some people use cream) butter and 2 beat eggs. Then I I poured of that into baking pot covered layer with cheese pepper and salt then repeated that with more layers until pot was full covered and cooked in pre heated oven on 350 for 45 minutes.

Didn't quite taste like my grandmas but I'm getting there :)

Sometimes You Should Treat Yourself To A HomeCooked Meal

Sometimes you just need a good home cooked meal. I love to cook so I got inspired tonight to mix a few spices together to tickle my pallet. I started my seasoning my pork chop overnight with garlic salt pepper thyme basil. I smeared butter all over a yam and put that in the oven first because I knew that would take the longest. Then on top of the stove I chopped some mushrooms and onions put It in the skillet with a little oil and red wine vinegar. When those were finished I added fresh asparagus and some tomato paste. I then smeared some black pepper sauce on the pork chops and broiled them for 5 min on each side. I took some canned corn and put cinnamon and sugar and nutmeg on top of the stove. When the pork chop was done so was everything else. Bon appetité. Considering the fact that my moms plate was spotless at the end if dinner I give my homemade creation 10 delish stars.

Italiano at Drago Centro

pasta frescaImage by 7-how-7 via Flickr
Omg the freshest pasta I have ever tasted. It literally tasted like some italian grandmother was making fresh pasta and sauces.  We went to drago by default we were heading to botega louie for my friends 30th birthday. The wait was too long so headed to drago cause the birthday girl still wanted italian. I had seafood pasta there was crab and what looked like linguini topped with a cream sauce. Others had butternut squash ravioli and a thick flat noodle rolled with pork suasage grounded over with a savory flavored sauce. Drago was def. a more upscale restaurant so be prepared to dish out some money. I give drago centro 10 delish stars.
