In a town that goes to sleep early it was nice to find this restaurant. I was hungry the time was 5pm and everywhere on my tripadvisor list for good eats had the closed sign on the front. Finially we saw people outside eating a place that was open hurraaayy! It wasnt the danish pancake that I wanted but it turned out to be a great suprise. I had the Danish Ruben with sweet potatoe fries and my boyfriend had a portabello and steak burger. The ruben was a cool twist on what I know to be the pastrami sandwhich it was cuppled with a red pickled cabbage in "special" sauce on a toasted rye bread. Delish! I reccomend highly.

Paulas pancake house solvang ca
What a wonderful Danish pancake and sausage meal. They were fluffy and light don't let the size fool you I finished my whole plate. You want to get there before 2 though all the danish breakfast and lunch places close early.
